IGNOU has decided to introduce and adopt an online mode for the submission of final projects to facilitate learners.Learners are expected to prepare the project report based on the approved project proposal as per the new project guidelines.A project evaluation fee is applicable for projects and varies based on the credit value of the project. The fee needs to be submitted along with the Term End Examination form.Students must submit the receipt of the fee paid along with the project report at the time of submission, either by hardcopy or uploading it in the online portal.
Incomplete submission of the project report will not be considered for evaluation. Incomplete submissions will be removed from the portal once the last date is over.
Clear and Well-Scanned Submissions: Scanned pages of the project report should be clear and not blurred, with the correct sequence and well-lighted pages. The orientation of pages should remain the same between the portal and landscape.
Approval from Guide/Supervisor: Students need to obtain approval from the project guide/supervisor in the prescribed pro-forma before submitting the project online.
Field Work Journals: For programs that require field work journals, learners need to complete internal assessment marks from the respective study centers and contact the Program Coordinator for further information.

Format of the Project Report: The original project report needs to be scanned as a single PDF format file for one subject/course. The first page of the PDF file should include the correct particulars of the learner, such as the title of the project report, learner’s name, program code, enrolment number, regional center code, course code(s), mobile number, and email ID.
