This notification is regarding the conduct of physical counseling for admission to 12th based paramedical diploma courses (GNM, ANM, MRT, and Paramedical Diploma) including D. Pharmacy courses in Government and Private Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K/Ladakh for the year 2023. 

The eligible candidates are required to report physically at the BOPEE offices in Jammu or Srinagar for registration, attendance, and other formalities according to their rank-wise schedule. They are advised to bring their domicile certificate and other relevant documents/certificates for verification. The seat allotment will be done based on the applicable regulations. Candidates who miss their counseling on a specific day can participate on the next day, provided they do not claim a seat already allotted to another candidate. 

The candidates mentioned in Annexure-B have been rejected for not submitting their marks card on time. Candidates who failed to submit their deficient category certificate have been converted into open merit if eligible. Candidates who cannot attend counseling physically due to a valid reason can authorize a person from their family to participate on their behalf. The board will issue provisional selection letters on the spot, and candidates must report to the allotted College/Institution immediately. Failure to join the allotted College/Institute will result in ineligibility.
