IGNOU December 2023 Term-end Examinations of IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University). The examinations are scheduled to take place from 01st December, 2023 to 06th January, 2024, comprising of 30 working days. The online link for submission of examination forms, including TEE (Term-end Examination), projects, and practical examinations, is now open. Students are required to submit their forms accordingly.
Starting from the January 2023 admission cycle, the University has implemented Project Evaluation Fees and Practical Examination Fees for programs that require a project or practical component. Students admitted from this cycle onwards are required to submit the online fee for project evaluation and practical examination along with the TEE.
Steps for online submission of the examination form (TEE, Projects Submission & Practical Examination) and payment of the exam fee for IGNOU.
1. Carefully select the Regional Centre and Exam Centre code of your choice.
2. Exam Centre allotment is on a first-come-first-serve basis. If your chosen exam centre is full, you may opt for the nearest/alternate exam centre.
3. Fill in the exam form for all the courses you wish to write exams for in one attempt. Adding courses in a subsequent attempt may result in a change of exam centre or non-availability of sitting capacity at the same exam centre.
4. If the validity of your registration is shown as invalid or if the course(s) for which you are eligible to appear in the December 2023 Term-end Examination are not reflected in the drop-down box, contact the Registrar SRD via email or phone.
5. Select the payment gateway indicated in the portal and make the payment using Debit Card/Credit Card and Internet Banking of any bank. The examination fee, once paid, cannot be adjusted or refunded.
6. Before proceeding for payment, review the summary of the examination form to ensure accuracy.
7. Take a printout of the acknowledgement for future reference.
8. In some cases, the status of the submission of the exam form is generated within 72 hours after making the payment. Do not wait until the last date for submission of the exam form. Check the examination form status using the search option.
9. If no status appears, it means you need to resubmit the examination form with the prescribed fee before the last date for submission.
