Candidates are required to bring the following documents in original and their photocopies at the time of counselling:
1. Rank Card of the Common Entrance Test
2. Admit Card of the Common Entrance Test
3. Date of Birth Certificate
4. Category Certificate (if applicable)
5. Domicile Certificate
6. Marksheets of the qualifying examination
7. Character Certificate from the last attended institution
8. Migration Certificate (if applicable)
9. Passport-sized photographs
Candidates are advised to reach the counselling venue well in advance to complete the registration process. Latecomers may not be entertained.
The allocation of seats will be based on the availability and merit of the candidates. Candidates who are allotted seats in the 2nd round of counselling are required to report to the allotted college/institution within the prescribed time period for completion of admission formalities.
