The notification announces the provisional selection list of candidates for admission to various 12th based paramedical diploma courses, including GNM, ANM, MRT, Paramedical Diploma, and D. Pharma courses for the year 2023. The physical round of counseling for eligible candidates was conducted from 5th October 2023 to 23rd October 2023. The list of candidates who have been provisionally selected and allotted seats in various government and private colleges/institutions of UT of J&K/Ladakh is provided in Annexure-A, which can be accessed on the official website of the Board.
The provisionally selected candidates are required to complete their admission formalities by 31st October 2023, 4:00 p.m. They need to submit original documents such as marks card of 10+2 class, DOB certificate of 10th class, domicile certificate, category certificate (if applicable), medical fitness certificate (if applicable), and any other required certificate/document specified by the college/institution.
Provisional selection letters were issued to the candidates on the spot after their participation in counseling, and they were advised to report to the allotted colleges/institutions immediately. Failure to join the allotted college/institute will make the candidate ineligible for the subsequent round of counseling.
The finalized Provisional Selection List will be issued after the conclusion of counseling, and any errors in the allotment letters will be addressed by the heads of the concerned institutions as per the guidelines mentioned in Annexure-A.
The provisionally selected candidates must report to the allotted colleges/institutions by 31st October 2023. The colleges/institutions are responsible for verifying the documents and eligibility of the candidates before allowing them for admission. Any discrepancies should be reported to the Board for further action.

The heads of the concerned colleges/institutions should submit any shortfall in admissions to the Board through the provided email addresses by 31st October 2023, 5:00 p.m.
